WGB inert-gas glove-box laser welding system is widely used in military industry, astronavigation, navigation, industry, nuclear industry, medical industry, electronic industry, university, institute, laboratory, etc., especially suitable for package of chip, bulb, battery and other components, sealing welding of special instrument, medical equipment, militarily product and other precision instruments, and suitable for inert-gas-shielded sealing welding of component in open environment, of which material is difficult to be welded, or which has a special requirement of technology and quality for avoid oxide produced by component during laser welding. The welding seam is smooth, fine, sealed, and with high added value of product, so that it can be used widely.

Inert-gas glove box:

For working environment in purifying box, content of oxygen, water and other foreign substances is less than 1ppm; N2, He, Ar or other inert gas is filled in the sealing and vacuum glove box; vacuum adapter module can be heated to over 200 for high-speed drying for a component; control the whole process of heating, vacuumizing, purifying, reproducing automatically through PLC touch screen; with a dedicated structure, dust and temperature increase can be solved effectively for better welding quality; all compositions can perform automatic control, diagnose and override protection respectively; internal automatic welding worktable; suitable for all types of fiber optic transmitting laser welder;

single-service-position optical system dimensions (not including motion control cabinet): 1850mm (L)×1800mm (H)×750mm (W);

Welding worktable:

Industrial PC control, 4-axis linkage; 3D automatic worktable for standard, optional rotary worktable; cross double red light focusing design achieves focusing and trajectory digitizing fitting before welding complicated component, automatic programming; suitable for software design of sectionalized complicated welding curve at equal linear velocity, so that the welding seam will be evener and better; digitizing and welding process can be monitored through CCD; scope of standard worktable is 200mm (X-axis)×200mm (Y-axis)×200mm (Z-axis); positioning accuracy of standard worktable: 0.04mm; repeating positioning accuracy of standard worktable: 0.01mm.
