Dimensions (L×W×H): 1100mm×1040mm×1700mm. 4D electric and 1D manual: electric 3D worktable, X and Y-axis 2D worktable driven by step motor (scope is 300mm×300mm, positioning accuracy is 0.05mm, repeating positioning accuracy is ±0.02mm), R-axis, electric rotary worktable driven byφ80 step motor for standard (repeating positioning accuracy is ±0.1º), optional φ125mm; electric 1D welding head, 1D worktable lifting which is driven by Z-axis step motor (scope is 300mm); 1D manual adjustment: the welding head can be turned ±45°manually.

Combination of 4D motion of workpiece and welding head can weld point, line, circle, square and other plane figures and space trajectory.

Suitable type: WF and PB series fiber optic transmitting welders, etc..

Features: For 4-axis linkage, it can weld space curve. It is provided with trajectory teaching function, and is convenient for programming. It is widely used for 3D welding of kettle, vacuum cup, electric accessories, stainless steel manufacture, golf club head, filter, etc..

Note: E-PCTB is worktable type not including optical system.
