Welding head 2D operation: X- and Y-axis 2D worktable driven by imported servo motor (scope: 300mm×200mm, positioning accuracy : 0.03mm, repeating positioning accuracy: ±0.01mm); manual lifting focusing for Z-axis, scope is 50mm; adjustable welding head can be turned ±45° manually.

It can fix a workpiece, and the welding head can do trajectory motion. It can weld point, line, circle, square, or plane figures that are composed of lines or arcs.

Maximum 4 service positions supported (loading and unloading at the other service positions can be performed simultaneously during 1-service-position welding).

Automatic welding process (automatic loading and unloading through proximity switch for automatic welding)

Suitable type: WF and PB series fiber optic transmitting welders, etc..

It is widely used for plane welding of common components, suitable for spot welding for small hardware housing. The working speed and precision of worktable is high, so that the spot welding efficiency is largely improved. And is widely used for housing of notebook computer, MP3, PDA, cell phone, etc..

Note: E-PCTA3020 is worktable type not including optical system.
