Power-feedback medium-power fiber-optic laser welder
The welder is suitable for spot welding for various components and welding seam of a sheet plate of which thickness is less than 0.2mm. The output laser of the welder is provided with 50 groups and 14 bands of adjustable waveform, and all real time groups of waveform that can be used externally. The waveform can be switched over during welding for different kinds of complicated welding seam. With high laser peak power, the welder is suitable for multi-service-position energy-split spot welding, can weld several with several welding spot simultaneously, so that the production efficiency can be highly improved.
